Hope we can build some solid foundations for the club around some of the United youth academy products like Graham, Miller-Thomson and Fotheringham. We have the opportunity to try and make this a unique selling point for the club in order to attract young players to sign for the academy. Some other clubs throw loads of money at their academy but fail to give any of them opportunity for first team football, which means they end up playing part-time footy by the time they're mid 20s
